As a participant in this parade, I agree that: *

There will be no off-loading of float riders along the route

All floats must have at least 2 spotters, 1 on each side of the float along the route- This is to help keep children at the curb and away from moving vehicles and/ or hand out candy from your float

Candy and promo items must be handed out at the curb, NOT thrown from the float

All Drivers must possess and provide a valid drivers license

Use of all cell phones is prohibited while driving the route

The vehicle unit # must be displayed on the PASSENGER side of the vehicle

There will be NO standing or walking on a moving flatbed, trailer or float unless individuals are protected by a fixed guard to prevent falling or being thrown from the vehicle.

Each float/ entry that has children with them must have at least one adult (18 or older) chaperone on the float with them.

We agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Skiatook Chamber of Commerce and its Board Members, the City of Skiatook, the State of Oklahoma and their respective liability insurance carriers, against any and all claims from our participation in the 2024 Pioneer Day Parade. *
