ANNUAL CHRISTMAS PARADE AND SANTA WORKSHOP
Hosted by the Skiatook Chamber of Commerce in Skiatook.
The annual Christmas Parade is held in downtown Skiatook on Hwy20.
A favorite holiday event, this community and family oriented parade features a variety of floats, autos, band, walking groups. Trophies will be awarded for 1/2/3 place. The Skiatook Fire Department concludes the parade, with Santa.
All groups are welcome and encouraged to participate. For safety reasons, we ask that no candy to be thrown from any vehicle or float. We DO allow participants to walk along the parade and hand out candy to the children. Advertisements, coupons, and giveaways can also be handed out.
SANTA WORKSHOP - FOLLOWS THE CHRISTMAS PARADE
Come see Santa following the Christmas Parade at the Skiatook Community Building.
Enjoy hot chocolate, home-made cookies, talking to Santa, and making age appropriate
crafts at various tables scattered throughout the gym. Mark your calendar now and bring the entire family!
What a great way to mark the beginning of the holiday season!
Due to the Jan. 30st Chamber Banquet, there is no Chamber Luncheon in January, 2010.
